As a training provider delivering adult provision, including apprenticeships and traineeships, and who sub-contract a total of £100,000 or more of your provision, you will need to obtain an annual report on sub-contracting controls from an external auditor.
As a firm of registered auditors working with numerous training providers, we are well-placed to deliver your annual assurance. We are familiar with the contractual and funding requirements and have completed many Education and Skills Funding Agency (“ESFA”) subcontractor assurance reviews. Having undertaken these reviews since they were first introduced, we have honed our methodology and developed bespoke systems to assist providers and to ensure an efficient and effective process.
