Spring Budget Breakfast
The annual spring statement is just around the corner, with Chancellor Rishi Sunak forecast to provide his spring update on the 23rd March, updating the public on tweaks and changes to policies introduced in previous budgets, as well as give an overview of the country's overall economic health.
This year, in amongst COVID recovery plans and ever rising inflation rates, there is certainly much to be discussed and covered by the Chancellor. One of the big questions this time around is how the government will offset the rising cost of the living in the UK, brought about by soaring inflation and massive energy bills, as well as the National Insurance tax hikes introduced in last year's autumn budget. Further plans for employment and COVID bounce back are also likely to be on the agenda.
Join us for our post-statement breakfast seminar on the 24th March! We will be joined by tax partner Adrian Young, who will give a review of the spring statement, providing key insights on what this means for businesses across the North West and beyond. There will also be ample opportunity to discuss and reflect on the announcements of the previous day with us. We will also be providing a hot breakfast to get the morning started right.
