SearchHURST advises on the sale of Fortis Pharma Consulting
Lauren Roberts, of HURST Corporate Finance and Liz Gallagher of HURST’s tax team have advised Fortis Pharma Consulting on the company’s sale to Macclesfield-based Bioscript.
Established in 2005, Fortis is a London-based specialist medical affairs services provider.
Fortis is a highly-successful business that works with clients in refining and articulating a product’s value at launch, with specialist skills in medical education, expert engagement and strategic consultancy. The business supports access teams from smaller healthcare organisations through to leading multi-nationals.

The addition of Fortis strengthens Bioscript’s end-to-end service offering by extending the breadth and depth of its services across the pharmaceutical product lifecycle, and by bringing additional capabilities in medical affairs.
Earlier this year, UK private equity buy and build specialist Sovereign Capital Partners provided a significant investment into Bioscript to further develop and grow the business.
