James advises clients on a diverse range of tax matters and has over 20 years’ experience in advising corporates, owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs how to optimise their tax position. Day to day this can vary from advising on corporate disposals and reconstructions to employee share schemes and personal tax planning.

James also leads the firm’s R&D tax relief team and has helped our clients make significant tax savings by identifying opportunities for R&D tax relief claims.
