It keeps me engaged. For me, I crave both challenge and variety. The progression and development opportunities here provide me with constant new learning. The diversity of the firm's clients allow me to gain experience across a variety of sectors.

The culture and our values, HURST care about people. One of our main values is that we are all in this together and this is a firm that eats, sleeps, and breathes this ethos. HURST are passionate about adding value to our clients and creating an inclusive environment for our employees. We also consider our wider impact on the community and the environment and are proactive in improving both through initiatives like trees for cities and team building beach clean days.

When I imagine HURST in 2031…

HURST are a growing firm. I’d imagine that by 2031 we will be significantly bigger whilst retaining our core values and culture.
