Role Purpose

Working with the Tax Partners and Managers in delivering a corporation tax compliance service for a variety of corporate clients including numerous large groups. Whilst the role will be 75% compliance, there will be the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of tax advisory projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of corporation tax provisions and completion of tax journals and reconciliations
• Preparation and review of corporation tax computations
• Dealing with tax groups including consolidations and loss apportionments
• Providing support and training to junior members of the team and the wider firm
• Aiding colleagues across the firm with corporation tax queries
• Assisting with some corporation tax advisory work
• Effectively managing costs, billing, recoveries and other relevant resources on designated client portfolio

Qualities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual, who wants to work in a fast-paced environment with likeminded tax professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

• ATT (essential)
• CTA (desirable)
• 2-3 years’ experience in a compliance role
• Experience of Alpha Tax desirable
