Deal Types: Private Equity vs Trade Sales

Making the decision to sell your business can be difficult and knowing which route to take can be unclear. The options open to those considering an exit are many and varied and HURST Corporate Finance are well versed in determining which option is best for the different businesses we work with.

The July workshop will delve more deeply into the different exit options and focus on how deals are commonly structured. Although deal structures are often determined by the type of acquirer they can be tailored to meet the business owner’s personal aspirations.
